Before compacting it was about 11,700mS total (I orginally estimated 12s) so compactying has made a bit of a difference but not much.

After defrag no discernable difference.

So I'll try the 2.0.14.1 now

Thanks

OK Just tried 2.0.14.1 and it down to 0.4 and 1.2 s per page. Much better thank you.

Thast great news... thanks Simon.

Thanks vectistim,

I'm pretty sure now that PB 2.0.14.0 installs correctly and that you (and tommyturnip) were unlucky in that FF failed to install the add-on correctly (hence updating FF or removing the extenstion.* files forced Firefox to rebuild these files and allow the add-on to install correctly)

Altho you get a preview of the history appearing 350-360mS after the page load, I guess I could swap round the final output to the webpage and the write to the database - that would appear to make it quicker (by 321-762mS)

That sounds good to me. would be looking at the page for longer than that so what happens while I'm looking doesn't effect me to see the info quickly is much more important.

Thanks again.

4) I've got a hunch what might be causing the issue, so could you install 2.0.14.1. This is the same as 2.0.14.0 except it does work out the releated properties until you click on the related properties icon. The downside is the bubble above the related properties icon showing the number of related properties shows 'tbd' for all properties - the upside, I hope, is this version is much much quicker for you!

Came to check the slowness and found this.

Solved it for me!

I popped into the forum to see if I was the only one experiencing slow Property Bee when searching Rightmove with 2.0.14.0. Then when I think it's completed and Rightmove page fully loaded with associated linked PB data, if I try to scroll down on the browser bar, I've often had the whole page being highlighted with my drag down. Probably because trying to scroll down too soon before all the data loaded. Doing a "Compact the database" didn't speed things up. I love Property Bee but I've fully uninstalled it for the moment. Hope 2.014.1 tweaked version (thanks for releasing) will solve my problem tomorrow when I install it (about to go to sleep), for I don't mind forgoing that feature at the expense of PB speed. Thanks.

Woot! Installed 2.0.14.1 and Property Bee back to being very fast when searching Rightmove.

Almost instantaneous again, and not the 10+ seconds on each new Rightmove page I needed to wait with 2.0.14.0. Thanks.

Hi BeerHunter - Just want to say how awesome the new PropertyBee release is - I've just updated after having some performance issues to find the lightening speed has returned and now with more features - love the price change graphs!

Thanks!

Hello i am new so please be gentle. I have noticed that the tab ‘Show properties we think might be similar to this one’ is showing ‘tbd’. It used to show a number but it’s now showing that. I have noticed when i click on it, it does sometimes show other listings.
How can i resolve this problem?
Thanks

Thanks everyone for the feedback.

Hopefully everyone has updated to this new speedier version since I made it available via automatic updates a couple of weeks ago...

Hi justzee,

Showing "tbd" instead of the number of related properties is the correct behaviour for the current version.

Unfortunately it was this feature that was slowing property bee for a number of users (so it was taking 10+ seconds per page), and I had to replace it with "tbd" for the time being whilst I try an work out an alternative solution...

It's better option for getting information about property.Real Estate Agent is now, playing a very important role to purchase a property. They have such wonderful knowledge about property. Now, People have different view about property. Over and over, you hear or read that buying a house is a great long term investment. This is absolutely true, but more importantly; it is an investment in your-self. Now, Real Estate Agents are playing an important role in buying or selling property.
