Bee tool bar not working

Postby JamesLang on Sat Mar 17, 2012 2:38 am

Hi All,
My property bee toolbar (PBT) has stopped working (again)
This has happened before but I have always found the solution online.
A lass not this time,
Simply put none of the buttons on the toolbar work
I have tried some of the suggestions from other posts but no joy

I have used the (PBT) for a year or so, on and off,
I have always kept both FireFox (FF) and (PBT) up to date with all the new revisions, but I have not always checked that (PBT) worked at each update.
I am a buy to let investor and as such I was only using the (PBT) when actively looking for property.

I am running a windows 7 ultimate edition 64bit PC box
not sure if you need all the hardware info inside (doubt it) but I can provide it if needed
Firefox version running 11.0

(PBT) used version 2.0.15.0

So latest (FF) and latest (PTB)

Short of un-installing (FF) and (PBT) and doing a registry clean up and then re-installing
both (FF) and than (PBT) to see if that works

Has anyone a better idea

Any and all help appreciated
James

From you description (and in particular the toolbar buttons not working), I think Firefox has not installed PB correctly.

See the post here on how to fix this.

I have had the same problem, after installing 2.0.15. I have installed 2.0.16, and re-installed firefox, I still have no PB sidebar buttons working, or the weeks, price columns getting updated. The only thing that appears to work, is last date viewed. posting.php?mode=reply&f=2&t=12368#

Hi there
I too have the same problem after upgrading to the latest version of Firefox
Everything is as before other than (1) I cant log into PB from the link on the screen and (2) most importantly the Rightmove price and description history has gone from the system
Can anyone tell me in easy to understand language how to fix this please?
Thanks
Ian

I'm having trouble with this too! :(

This is on a new Windows 7 system. Just installed Firefox and PB doesn't work at all. Tried uninstalling it (following the instructions) and still no luck.

Is there something in the latest Firefox to stop this? Or have RightMove done something?

It's a great shame as we are in the middle of our house hunting and I was finding this tool invaluable. It helps cut through all the c$%p from the estate agents. I feel naked now. Help...
