Property Bee on Rightmove is showing today's date for 'inital entry found' for every property and nothing else. It used to work but I jst had to reinstall it as on a new laptop.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I've had the same problem; it happened after Firefox updated itself. I removed Propertybee via the Firefox menu (tools > add-ons > click 'remove') then reinstalled it - and it now works properly again, including updating the properties that I had saved.

I just keep getting error messages as well - does anyone have any suggestions by any chance?

I have tried removing it through Firefox then re-installing it but have not been able to get it to work at all. I'm on a MacBook if that's relevant.

It's such a great tool when it does work I would be very indebted to anyone who can help and will buy you a pint if you're in North London.

Mine was coming up with errors on every rightmove page - I had to press the logout button and re-register my account.

Hello,

There are two common problems that we have noticed:

1. Are you logged in? This is indicated by your username appearing next to Logout button.
If you can't see your username, click Logout and follow registration wizard and provide your username and password.

2. If that doesn't help try removing toolbar and installing it from file. Go to http://www.property-bee.com and right-click on "Install now!" and save as file
-go to addons manager (Ctrl+Shift+A in FF) click on top tools icon and select 'Install from file' option
-find property-bee.xpi file that you have just downloaded
-follow registration wizard

If that doesn't help either please post following information:
-are you logged in (username appears next to Logout button)
-version of Property Bee toolbar (you can check this in Menu->Add-ons or Ctrl+Shift+A in FF)
-version of FireFox (About Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fi ... -are-using)
-version of your Operating System (e.g. Windows 7, Windows 8 etc)

We will try to investigate further.

Hi Beerhunter,

Thanks for the detailed comments above.

Unfortunately still getting error message "Failed to Find/Insert postcode for property...because NOT NULL constraint failed". I've attempted this several times with different properties and each time get the same error.

I have logged into Property Bee and ensured that both FF (34.0) and Property Bee (2.0.16.4) are updated. Using mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.

Any help appreciated - I love this tool and keen to get it working again.

For those having problems with property-bee on Firefox try this as it worked for me and I have tried everything else already posted here.

OK, remove property-bee add-on, close Firefox.
Next search your entire computer - using windows search for anything property-bee related, ie property-bee.sqlite,property-bee.xpi, property-bee.xxxxxx.bak (x being a date).
Delete every file you find relating to property-bee, they all should be in C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profile you can delete the files from within the search as AppData is a hidden windows folder.
Restart windows, don't know if this is needed but it doesn't hurt & takes a minute.
Now reinstall property-bee addon.

All should now work as before. This should work on any OS and any browser but locations of files will be different.
Good Luck,
Gary

I went through Gary's procedure above. Removed property-bee and reinstalled. I even re-installed Firefox.

It is not communicating with the databse.

Beerhunter, do you have the code someplace where we can fix it?

I'm using it on PropertyNews.com. It works fine on rightmove.co.uk. Just checked.
