Property-Bee for Google Chrome?

Postby wywywywy on Wed Dec 16, 2009 2:43 pm

Hi all,

I've done searches but it seems that this hasn't been mentioned yet.

Is there any plan at all to port the Property-Bee toolbar to Google Chrome?

Thanks.

Not at the moment, and unlikely (at this point in time) in the future - there's enough to do just supporting Firefox in my spare time at the moment!

For those not techie, thinking its "just" another browser... yes, but they all use different technologies... so its not just a case of tweaking a few lines of code, but a complete rewrite AND keeping it up to date as sites change / new features are added!

Thats a serious amount of work!

What exactly is the difference between Google Chrome and Chromium? I've noticed that Google has two web browsers. Chrome and Chromium. What exactly is the difference? Also, how do I install Chromium on Windows? I've figured out how to install it on Ubuntu by going to the Ubuntu Software Center, but how do you install it on Windows? Thanx to anyone who can help!
