Property-Bee Toolbar
Property-bee.com is the home of the new, exciting and innovative property-bee toolbar which makes browsing property sites like rightmove.co.uk and daft.ie with Firefox much more enlightening.
The property-bee toolbar is your own personal version of the brilliant Property Snake and shows you, in the same window, how the price and descriptions change for properties you view on your favourite property websites.
Each time you view a property on a supported site, the toolbar checks to see if there have been any changes to the properties details, and displays a table showing you all the changes.

Is it a website? A program?
It is a Firefox add-on which you install in your Web browser.
What is Firefox?
Firefox is a free award-winner Web browser available from mozilla.com.
What is a Firefox add-on?
Add-ons are small pieces of software that add new features to the Firefox Browser.
They can add new search engines or dictionaries in other languages, change the look of Firefox with a new theme, or much more.
Other Firefox add-ons are available from addons.mozilla.org
Which versions of Firefox does it work with
It works with version 2, and has been tested with Firefox 3 (Beta 2).
I use Internet Explorer, does that mean I can't use property-bee?
The property-bee toolbar will only work with Firefox.
However you can install Firefox on any computer which already has Internet Explorer installed without any problems. Plus you will be able to use either browser, or both at the same time! If you have not tried Firefox before, I reccommend it (and it is free!).
How much does it cost?
Both firefox and the property-bee toolbar are both free to download and use.
Which sites do you support?
Currently we support;
- rightmove.co.uk (for sale, to rent, new homes, overseas property)
- daft.ie, (sales, new homes, lettings, sharing, short-term, commerical and overseas)
If we don't support a website you think we should, let us know in our forum, and if there is enough interest, we will add it.
Is the site able to tell that an individual is running this toolbar?
No, as far as the site is concerned you are browsing using Firefox.
Does the toolbar send any information collected to property-bee.com or any other site?
No.
Where is the information stored?
All information collected is stored locally on your hard disk.
What Operating system will it run on?
Any operating system that Firefox supports; currently Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
What are the System requirements?
A part from the ability to run Firefox, a few megabytes of disk space is needed for the data files.
